About Me
I care about helping people through hard chapters—when money, property, a business, or ownership is in the mix and the stress is real. That is where I put my energy: listening first, then solving the problem with patience and straight talk.
I work with all kinds of clients and with the professionals around them—attorneys, CPAs, agents, lenders, partners, family—whoever needs to be at the table so you are not carrying it alone.
I am strategic by nature and creative when the tidy answer does not exist. If the numbers or timing do not support a deal, I will tell you. If there is a workable path, we lay it out plainly—then bring in the right specialists or licensed steps when they truly belong.
I buy investment real estate and sometimes place capital into select situations when the people and structure already make sense—that backs up my advice, but day to day most of my work is helping you think clearly, not selling you a transaction.
Licensing, training, and where I have spent my career are summarized below. I have worked across hard money, banks, private relationships, seller notes, and deals that do not fit a standard grid. The question I keep coming back to: does this still hold up for you when life, taxes, and timelines get honest?
Why I still do this: I have achieved the financial goals that matter to my family, so the work is there out of passion—not because I need another closing. That gives me room to be candid and to focus on what helps you, not what checks a box for me.
Outside the work, I love playing music—guitar, bass, and drums—and spending unhurried time with my wife and kids. That balance keeps me grounded when the problems we tackle together are heavy.
You have a direct line to me on the milestones that matter. When paperwork or representation in Utah is the right next step, we say so together and keep the picture coherent.
Where I've Spent Time
The list below is the technical map. The human part—the worry behind the spreadsheet—is what most people bring first. We can honor both.

- SBA and seller-financed paths
- Negotiation and clean handoffs
Financing & Structure
- Short-term and bridge execution
- Long-term and portfolio lending

Get in Touch
Text is usually the fastest way to reach me. Call works best when you want to talk it through.
Review Your Situation
No form required. Text or call with the basics—goal, timeline, and what is keeping you up at night. We keep it conversational; if the best move is to pause or take a non-transaction path, I will say so.
What to Include
You don't need everything figured out. Share what you know:
- —Address or general location
- —Purchase price or asking price
- —ARV, value estimate, or income
- —Goal: flip, hold, refi, buy/sell business, etc.
- —Any financing constraints
Partial details are still enough to start a useful conversation.
What to Expect
Timely reply
Same day in most cases when you text.
With you the whole way
I read what you send and stay on your texts and calls so you always know who is helping you think it through.
Honest read
If the numbers or structure do not support the deal, I will say so and outline why.
