I've spent 15+ years in real estate, mortgage, and business acquisitions — in the field, not only on paper. That includes underwriting, structuring, and seeing what happens when transactions close or stall. I also invest for my own account: buying investment real estate and putting capital into select deals where I believe in the structure and execution — not only brokerage work.

I've worked with hard money, conventional banks, private investors, seller notes, and structures that do not fit a standard product grid. The question I return to is whether the deal still works under real constraints — timeline, capital, and exit.

I stay personally involved in your file — from the first read on numbers and structure through the back-and-forth until we are done. You are not passed around; you have a direct line to the person doing the thinking on your deal.
